Zhodnocení ujmutí výsadeb v zámeckém parku v Lednici

This bachelor thesis is focused on the quality checks in new established plantings considering the quality of planting material such as the execution of the work. In the theoretical part the reasons of the current unsatisfactory situation are discussed and following conclusions are drawn. Another big issue which this bachelor thesis is dealing with are the effects of those plantings on human psyche, social contacts or on its actual surroundings. In this part theoretical background used to analyze local climactic and pedologic conditions is described and explained. Using this method helped with determination of the suitable taxon and other important factors that tree nurseries need to fulfil. In the practical part the new established plantings are evaluated. Data was noted according to newly created method. Results were marked into map materials using the ArcGIS program which led to several updates on the current maps. In the conclusion results are discussed and commented and following solutions, not only in the modal area but also global ones, are suggested.

This diploma thesis evaluates the condition of grass-herbaceous undergrowth in restored extensive orchards and compares them according to species diversity and habitat demands with the reference orchards. Part of the thesis is also the basic inventory of trees and evaluation of its condition. The author describes the selected locations where both interest and reference areas are located. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate and analyze the status of regenerated orchards and to evaluate the effect of selected technology during regeneration.

Návrh databáze technických prostředků využitých k dopravě a výsadbě dřevinných vegetačních prvků

This thesis describes the design of a database of technical means used for transportation, handling and planting of woody vegetation elements. The thesis specifies the conditions and technological procedures during transportation, handling and planting of woody vegetation elements with regard to technical means. The database application analyzes existing data on mechanization means. Based on the analysis it adds a new database mechanization. The results are entered into a database application, available online at https // mrazak.mendelu.cz / Due to the expansion of the database by new technical means, we have selected two methods of planting in the selected model area. Both procedures is included time-consuming and cost of planting. The results are compared with the URS 8321 price list.

Anatomická a morfologická stavba stinných a slunných jehlic borovice lesní

Gymnosperms have various structure of needles. These needles are often exposed to different light conditions in various parts of the crown. Therefore, coniferous trees began to adapt to a different intensity of solar radiation by changing the morphology and anatomy of needles. These adaptations concern the tree both in the stands and urban environment. This bachelor's thesis is focused on comparing characteristics of sunny and shady needles of Scots pine. The aim consists in determining the effect of light on the anatomical and morphological structure of needles, which are located in different world sides and within different levels of the crown. Needles undertook measurement of parameters as follows: needle width and thickness, needle area, central cylinder area, xylem and phloem area. World sides were found having no effect on anatomical and morphological structure of needles. In contrast, needles at the base of the crown (shaded) had a smaller area comparing with those needles from the top of the crown (sun). The solar radiation amount is one of the main factors determining the anatomical and morphological structure of needles. A sudden change in lighting conditions (thinning, seedlings remove, building removal) may therefore lead to the crown stress and necrosis. For this reason, while planting in urban environment, it is necessary to consider the light demands of trees as well as light conditions, in which the plants had been grown.

Zpráva uvádí výsledky měření koncentrací PM10, měření absorbce PAH na listech rostlin, měření absorbce prachu na listech rostlin, analýzy kovů v prachu absorbovaném listy, sledování vlivu prachu na viabilitu rostlin. Monitorování probíhalo s cílem vybrat rostliny vhodné pro efektivní vychytávání primárních suspendovaných částic v okolí komunikací a průmyslových aktivit a jejich následné využití. Byla navržena a hodnocena výsadba vybraných rostlin a efektivita jejich působení.
